As May unfolds, we are presented with an opportune moment to reflect, honour, and advocate for diverse communities. At the YMCA, we are committed to fostering an environment of inclusion and understanding. This month, we shine a spotlight on significant dates that resonate deeply with our mission of inclusivity.

Swimmers in London and St. Thomas are participating in YMCA Swim-Able, a swimming lesson with one-on-one support that’s geared to children with disabilities and those who need some extra support.

“Jordan’s Run the Runway” run and walk event is inspired by Jordan Strickland and funds raised support YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth. Thanks to sponsors, donors and participants… old and new friends, family, and others connected to us and each other through Jordan, who continue to make this event such a success.

On Thursday, April 25, 120 Y Child Care and School Age sites got up and got moving at our annual Move-a-Thon! Thank you to our presenting sponsor Scholar's Choice for their support and for coming out to explore the Great Outdoors with us.
