The YMCA offers wellness opportunities and classes for active older adults – from baby boomers to seniors. Whether you’re into swimming or Aquafit, Tai Chi or meditation, pickle ball or aerobic classes, yoga, or dance, we promise we can find something you love and enjoy doing! Meet new friends and stay healthy, all while having fun.

We’ve made health and fitness of those 55+ a major priority by offering a variety of classes and programs. Classes that concentrate on flexibility and mobility, volunteer opportunities, and free Thursdays (at select branches). We’re bringing older adults together – for fitness, fun, and friendship!
