Once a CQE camper, always a CQE camper! Whether it's been 5 or 50 years since you last came to CQE, it will always be your home away from home. Whether you joined CQE as a camper, staff member, volunteer, or in another meaningful way, your connection to camp matters. CQE Alumni are wonderfully diverse, spread across different life stages and places yet united by a lifelong love for camp.

Alumni Weekend 2026
After many year, CQE is thrilled to be offering an Alumni Weekend during the 2026 season! This program is a special opportunity for past campers, staff, and friends of CQE to return to the rocks and trees of Beausoleil Island and the waters of Goblin Bay, and reconnect with a place that means so much to so many. Alumni weekend will celebrate the spirit and community that make CQE unique, offering alumni a chance to relive favourite traditions, share memories, and experience the magic of camp once again!

CQE's 75TH Anniversary
CQE is turning 75 in 2028! With such a long history, we know that there are many former CQE campers and staff members who feel connected to CQE and have memories to share! Leading up to CQE’s 75th anniversary, the CQE team is working on some exciting events and ways for alumni to get involved. If you would like to be involved in future Alumni events, please join our Alumni Network or reach out directly.

CQE Alumni Paddles
CQE has partnered with Fishell Paddles to create custom CQE Alumni paddles. Fishell Paddles is a family-owned company with longstanding connections to YMCA camping and a reputation for high-quality, handcrafted paddles. Each CQE Alumni paddle is designed to be both functional on the water or displayed as a meaningful reminder of CQE. A portion of every paddle sold is returned to CQE to help support camp programs and future opportunities. CQE Alumni paddles are available for purchase directly through the Fishell Paddles website.
