Adult Group Classes & Programs   (September 2017 - June 2018)

Boot Camp
A cardio interval workout utilizing weights, squats, lunges, plyometrics and sport style drills. A full body workout. 
Cycling
This exciting indoor class is a low impact workout that strengthens the muscles in the legs while burning calories & building stamina.

NEW! Group Active
Group Active is a simple and athletic program drawing from all four elements of fitness: cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. 
Group Active is perfect if you are new to exercise or have not exercised in a long time. Also ideal for the super busy and fit who need to get it all - cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Group Centergy
Group Centergy is a perfect way to improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and strength. It puts back all  that we take out and really centers your energy. It's ideal to be your workout of choice or add it once a week to your current workouts to reinvigorate the mind and body. 
Group Power®
Group Power® is Your Hour of Power! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and bodyweight, Group Power® combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Power Up!
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates periods of short, intense exercise with recovery periods. These dynamic workouts have been proven to enhance athletic performance and increase fat burning. Experience dramatic improvements to your fitness level in just 30 minutes - perfect for those who are crunched for time!
Pickle Ball
Pickle Ball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis.
Members: No charge
Non-members: $67.50 (12 sessions) $130.00 (24 sessions)

Power Circuit
A strength based interval workout utilizing a variety of resistance equipment, body weight movements and plyometrics. A fun yet challenging full body workout.

TRX Training
This revolutionary new group training program is all about the functional movement that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Limited to 8 participants. 

Yoga
Energizing, rejuvenate and strengthen yourself through yoga. Relieve stress and create balance in your body and mind through exercises in breath control, stability, and flexibility.

Y Strength & Stretch
Promotes muscle balance, flexibility, reduces tension, increases range of motion and helps prevent injury.
