Adult Group Classes & Programs
In order to deliver the best possible group fitness experience we require a minimum of three participants to run classes as scheduled.
*Group Fitness classes are hosted in a shared space, so alterations to the weekly schedule may occur. When possible classes will be held in alternative locations or alternative styles will be offered in place of regular classes.
Group Power® is Your Hour of Power! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using anadjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, GroupPower® combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls withfunctional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and amotivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up,make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Power Up!
A cardiovascular fitness class held on indoor stationary bikes. Each participant can control their own workout, guided by the instructor through various levels of intensity. Motivating music and instructional cycling techniques are used to guide participants through all types of terrain: flat roads, hills, rough trails, interval drills, endurance work, speed training and more.
HIIT, or high intensity interval training, alternates periods of short intense exercise with recovery periods, designed to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance. These dynamic workouts have been proved to enhance athletic performance, increase cardiovascular capacity and condition, improve glucose metabolism and increase fat burning.
Learn to Run 5km (13+)
This program is intended to support those currently able to walk briskly for 30 minutes. The goal is to be able to complete 5km with safe and progressive exercise design. Each week participants begin with a brief seminar focusing on important aspects necessary to know about running form and training. The course wraps up a week prior to the start of the Goderich Run Around the Square.

Personal Training & Small Group Training
Combining each aspect of a healthy lifestyle, a typical personal training session will focus on cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and injury prevention. Pairing personal training with our healthy nutritional advice is a great way to educate and motivate you to reaching your health related goals faster. Sessions are an hour long, and tailored to your needs and abilities. This is truly something that anyone can benefit from, regardless of their fitness level.
