Adult Group Classes & Programs

In order to deliver the best possible group fitness experience we require minimum numbers for classes to remain sustainable, low attendance can result in changes to programming. *Group Fitness classes are hosted in a shared space, so alterations to the weekly schedule may occur. When possible classes will be held in alternative locations or alternative styles will be offered in place of regular classes.

Group Power®
Your Hour of Power! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, GroupPower® combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls withfunctional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and amotivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up,make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Power Up!

A cardiovascular fitness class held on indoor stationary bikes. Each participant can control their own workout, guided by the instructor through various levels of intensity. Motivating music and instructional cycling techniques are used to guide participants through all types of terrain: flat roads, hills, rough trails, interval drills, endurance work, speed training and more.

HIIT, or high intensity interval training, alternates periods of short intense exercise with recovery periods, designed to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance. These dynamic workouts have been proved to enhance athletic performance, increase cardiovascular capacity and condition, improve glucose metabolism and increase fat burning.

Learn to Run 5km (13+)
This program is intended to support those currently able to walk briskly for 30 minutes. The goal is to be able to complete 5km with safe and progressive exercise design. Each week participants begin with a brief seminar focusing on important aspects necessary to know about running form and training. The course wraps up a week prior to the start of the Goderich Run Around the Square. Start Date: Early March (Program runs for 10 weeks) Start time: TBD Pre-registration is required. Personal Training or Small Group Training
Combining each aspect of a healthy lifestyle, a typical personal training session will focus on cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and injury prevention. Personal training is a great way to educate and motivate you to reaching your health related goals faster. Sessions are an hour long, and tailored to your needs and abilities. This is truly something that anyone can benefit from, regardless of their fitness level. Certified personal trainers provide motivation, education and results.

This method of exercise is for all levels of fitness. The lightweight, TRX Suspension Training system delivers fast, effective, total-body workouts. Under the guidance of a certified TRX Trainer, safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries; all at the intensity you choose.

Group Core®
Let's get HARD CORE! Train like an athlete in 30 action packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Motivating instructors and music will coach you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, a weight plate, a towel and a platform - all to challenge you like never before. REACH YOUR PEAK with Group Core!

Intro to Group Power
Have you ever wondered what Group Power was all about, or have been to class before and would like to brush up on your form? Then these Intro to Group Power sessions are for you! Coinsiding with our quarterly MOSSA releases our certified instructors break the programming down at a slower pace so you can learn the moves that are the foundation of Group Power programming and perfect those movements. The ultitmalet goal is to get you comfortable and confident so you can jump on in with a new quaretly release, maximizing your workout during this HOUR OF POWER!

Sign up is required for sessions as there is limited space. Talk to our Wellness Coaches to add your name to the list.
