This exciting indoor class is a low impact workout that strengthens the muscles in the legs while burning calories & building stamina.

A challenging, non-impact program conducted in deep water. Participants should be comfortable in deep water. Buoyancy belts will be provided.

Targets the beginner to older adult. Focuses on easy to follow low impact aerobics, muscle strengthening, balance and flexibility.
For the advanced swimmer to swim laps at their own fast pace.
This non-cardiovascular class uses a variety of equipment to develop total muscular strength and endurance. Emphasis on proper execution of movements.

Combining each aspect of a healthy lifestyle, a typical personal training session will focus on cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and injury prevention. Pairing personal training with our healthy nutritional advice is a great way to educate and motivate you to reaching your health related goals faster. Sessions are an hour long, and tailored to your needs and abilities. This is truly something that anyone can benefit from, regardless of their fitness level.
