Adult Group Classes & Programs 

Please refer the to Week at a Glance schedule for dates and times of adult group classes and programs. 

Aquafit (12 yrs+)
Water aerobics to suit all individual fitness levels with routines suitable for all levels of ability and intensity.
Boot Camp
An interval workout utilizing weights, body weight and plyometrics. A full body workout.
Cardio Challenge
A multi-level workout joining high intensity and low impact movement ending with resistance and flexibility exercises. Suitable for all levels.
Creating Balance
An 8 - week program that allows you to work with a trainer to develop your personalized weight management program and increase your success!
Registration required.

Member: $112.00 applicable tax
Non-Member: $152.00 applicable taxes
Core Strength (12 yrs+) 
This class provides core strengthing and stability exercises.
Cycling* (12 yrs+)
This exciting indoor class is a low impact workout that strengthens the muscles in the legs while burning calories & building stamina.
Members only
Deep Water Aquafit (12 yrs+)
Suspended training keeps you at a zero impact level on the joints and increases your work load. (you may still participate in shallowe rwater with modifications). Floatation belts provided.
Group Centergy
Group Centergy is a perfect way to improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and strength. it puts back all  that we take out and really centers your energy. It's ideal to be your workout of choice or add it once a week to your current workouts to reinvigorate the mind and body. 
Group Power® (14 yrs+)
Group Power® is Your Hour of Power! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power® combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Power Up!
Gentle Aquafit (12 yrs+)
Water aerobic class introducing training in a gentle manner, shallow and deep.
HIIT (12 yrs+)
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates periods of short, intense exercise with recovery periods. These dynamic workouts have been proven to enhance athletic performance and increase fat burning. Experience dramatic improvements to your fitness level in just 30 minutes - perfect for those who are crunched for time!
Learn To Run 5 KM (14 yrs+)
This program is intended to support those currently able to walk briskly for 30 minutes. The goal is to be able to complete 5 KM with safe and progressive exercise design. Each week, participants begin with a brief seminar focusing on important aspects necessary to know about running form and training.

Muscle Works (12 yrs+)
This non-cardiovascular class uses a variety of equipment to develop total muscular strength and endurance. Emphasis on proper execution of movements.
Personal Training
Combining each aspect of a healthy lifestyle, a typical personal training session will focus on cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and injury prevention. Pairing personal training with our healthy nutritional advice is a great way to educate and motivate you to reaching your health related goals faster. Sessions are an hour long and tailored to your needs and abilities. This is truly something that anyone can benefit from, regardless of their fitness level. Certified personal trainers provide motivation, education and results.
Pickle Ball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis.
TRX* (14 yrs+)
This revoluntionary method of exercise is for all levels of fitness. The lightweight, TRX Suspension Training system delivers fast, effective, total-body workouts. Under the guidance of a certified TRX Trainer, safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries; all at the intensity you choose. TRX Bootcamp
Combining Bootcamp with TRX suspension straps.
Contains all components of fitness including a long warm-up, followed by muscular endurance and flexibility. Helps maintain bone density and reduce pain associated with arthritis.
Y-Stretch (12 yrs+)
Promotes muscle balance, flexibility, reduces tension, increases range of motion and helps prevent injury.
Zumba® (12 yrs+)
A Latin inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system.
