A cardiovascular fitness class held on indoor stationary bikes. Each participant can control their own workout, guided by the instructor through various levels of intensity. Pickle Ball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis.

A short, 30 minute, low intensity ride while participants are encouraged to chat and interact with one another.
