Mini Chefs

During this delicious week, we will create healthy snacks and tantalizing treats while learning about food and nutrition. Be prepared to tickle your taste buds and get a little messy.

Soccer Camp
July 2 – 5
Ages: 6-12 years
Members: $155 / Non-Members: $175

Get a kickstart into summer! Daily drills and game play will offer young athletes a chance to enhance and learn new skills.

Silly Science
Engineering & Nature: July 15 – 19
Kaboom!: August 26 – 30
Ages: 6-12 years
Members: $155 / Non-Members: $175

If you have a passion for exploring and experimenting, you will have an outstanding time exploring the silly side of science. 

Ball Hockey
July 22 – 26, August 12 – 16
Ages: 6-12 years
Members: $155 / Non-Members: $175

Learn about the game of ball hockey in a fun and non-competitive environment. Campers will participate in games and drills that reinforce all the fundamentals skills of ball hockey.

Day Trippers
August 6 – 9
Ages: 6-12
Members: $155 / Non-Members: $175

This camp is for the adventurous camper! Daily trips! Weekly activities may include high energy games, sports, swimming and more!
Home Alone
August 19 – 23
Ages: 9-13 years
Members: $155 / Non-Members: $175

Designed to increase confidence and provide hands on experience and skills needed to be home alone. This fun and active course helps prepare kids to be at home alone and how to respond to medical emergencies. Basic first aid is also discussed.
Swim Camp
Weekly from July 2 – August 30
Ages: 6-12
Members: $155 / Non-Members: $175
Campers will add a one hour swim lesson each day to work on their swim level to their camp experience.
Leaders in Training
July 15-26, August 12-23
Ages: 13-16
Members: $210 / Non-Members: $262
LIT is a program developed for teenagers looking to gain work experience and have a blast while doing it! Youth in this 2-week program will complete 40 hours of volunteer experience in day camp, complete basic camp training, become first aid certified, and learn to write resumes. All volunteer hours can be counted for student’s Ontario Secondary School Diploma as long as they are enrolled in a secondary school.

Members: No charge, Non-members: $31.50/week 
Day camp hours are 9:00am-4:30pm. Extended care is non-structured, supervised play time. Families that register for extended care can use the hours anytime between 7:00am and 9:00am and then again between 4:30pm and 5:30pm each day.

All YMCA day camps hold a special BIG DAY every Friday to celebrate another awesome week at camp. Look forward to themes such as Y’s Got Talent and Spy Kids. Ask your camp supervisor for more information.
