Personal Training

Using the services of a certified personal trainer is one of the fastest, easiest and most successful ways to improve your health and fitness as it helps keep you motivated, safe and committed to exercising on a regular schedule. YMCA trainers have YMCA IndividualConditioning Certificates and are highly qualified and experienced to help you meet your goals.

A Typical One-Hour Session Includes:

  • An individualized warm-up prior to workout
  • A specifically designed program to meet your needs, abilities and goals
  • Ongoing education and guidance allowing you to learn while having a great workout
  • Proper stretching and cool down
